1st chart is for Manatee/Sarasota County
2nd chart is the Entire State of Florida
Look at Average days on the Market,
Florida closed over 400,000 properties
So who really thinks prices in Florida are coming down 20% in 2023
Seems like Redtide, Hurricanes, Interest Rates, cost of insurance, and all the other things people say that will cause the entire world from moving to Florida, just maybe WRONG
