Wendy and David Leventhal had helped us buy the condo that was just sold yesterday. They had worked tirelessly to make the sale happen. Before listing our condo, they made suggestions and helped with landscaping, cleaning and painting exterior walls and getting people to install ceiling fans and lights, and having HOA make necessary repairs. He got the condo updated and well ready for open houses. He had had an open house every weekend until an offer came through.
